Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags still attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or access the 'Check Your Order' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain your Return Authorization Number.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed. Attach the pre-printed return label provided in your original shipment over the old shipping label.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your parcel at the nearest authorized courier collection point or schedule a home pickup through the courier's official website using the tracking number provided.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the return meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
